A Large Healthcare Company in Portland, OR is hiring a Desktop Support Technician to join the team for a great opportunity.

Job Description

• Keeping track of where the laptop goes and to what hospital.
• Hardware refresh team and rolling out Windows 11 laptops.
• Hardware installs and support printer deployment.
• Removing the old machine and swapping it out with the new one.
• Following a thorough check list and working with end users to ensure the machine is set up correctly.
• At times, working in the warehouse doing imaging and deploying new machines.
• Working in the warehouse most of the time imaging or traveling to different hospitals and clinics to do support tickets.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
