What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and technicians, ensuring prescriptions are filled accurately, safely, and on time
• Oversee all aspects of the medication preparation and dispensing process
• Review completed orders and cycle-fill medications for accuracy and compliance
• Verify prescription legality, patient safety factors, and drug compatibility
• Maintain compliance with all Federal and State Board of Pharmacy regulations
• Serve as a trusted resource for healthcare professionals and facility partners
• Manage inventory levels and oversee purchasing to maintain efficiency
