JOB SUMMARY
The Integration Analyst III will play a key role on the Buyflow Services team by being responsible for the formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Works on the most complex projects across multiple stakeholders. As we continue to support new stakeholders, products, and services within our buyflows it will be critical for Buyflow Services to stay aligned with business needs and other delivery organizations within Charter to deliver projects that are critical to Charter's success.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as an Integration Analyst III for the Buyflow Services.
- Partner with key stakeholders including Digital Sales, Product (Mobile, Internet, Video), Customer Operations, and other departments within SDIT to analyze requirements for prioritized projects to assess Buyflow Services impact.
- Analyze the most complex and challenging business problems to be solved with automated systems
- Partner with Buyflows Services delivery teams to create the requirements package necessary to complete design, implementation, and delivery of key projects.
- Assist in updating project and product documentation pertaining to key projects.
- Assist the Buyflow Services program team to create and deliver a cohesive technology strategy and roadmap and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Create and maintain relationships with new and existing stakeholders of the Buyflow Services Portfolio
- Participate in the prioritization of projects and capabilities for the Buyflow Services teams.
- Assist with the creation of a communication plan that ensures alignment with internal and external teams.
- Assist in creating routine communications for executive consumption regarding roadmap delivery.
- Other duties as required by business conditions or assigned by leadership.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experienceRequired Related Work Experience
