Epic Certified Application Analyst

A company is looking for an Epic Resolute Professional Billing Application Analyst I, II, III.

Key Responsibilities

Provide primary support for Epic applications, specifically Resolute Professional Billing

Guide workflow design, system build, and testing processes

Analyze technical issues related to Epic and connected software

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree required

Experience requirements vary by level : 0-3 years for Analyst I, 3-7 years for Analyst II, and 7+ years for Analyst III

Active Epic certification in the required application / module is mandatory for external applicants

Experience in a provider billing department is preferred

Proficiency in Epic modules, particularly Resolute Professional Billing, is preferred
