Overview

The Operations Director I is responsible for providing overall leadership for all aspects of an assigned facility to include warehousing, transportation, finance, and administration.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization
• Review financial statements and data and utilize data to improve profitability
• Prepare and control operational budgets
• Control total inventory management by ensuring the compliance of receiving and inventory control procedures; Develop / recommend alterations to procedures and best practices as warranted
• Plan effective strategies for the financial wellbeing of the company
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals
• Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures
• Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, pricing and distribution of goods
