As the face of our community, you will welcome prospects, showcase apartment homes, and help residents feel right at home. You will play a key role in the leasing process—handling tours, applications, move-ins, and renewals—all while delivering top-notch customer service and embodying our motto : "A Friendly Home." There is a high level of sales and follow up with prospective residents required.

What You Bring :

Strong customer service and sales skills

Excellent communication and time management

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Sales experience (property management or leasing is a plus!)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a bonus

High school diploma or GED

Preferred (but not required) :

NALP certification

Fair Housing training

Degree in Marketing or related field

Schedule :

Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with occasional weekends depending on leasing demand.
