What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or potential threats. Working environments and conditions may vary depending on the location.

Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while upholding Allied Universal standards.

Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to address security-related concerns at the location.

Minimum Requirements :

A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) is required.

Client requires proof of high school diploma or General Education Development (GED).

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
