Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive and timely service to payroll partners through various communication channels
Resolve routine to advanced issues related to policy issuance, cancellations, and renewals
Support training and onboarding of new hires and maintain training materials
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred
1+ year in a high-volume customer contact environment required
1+ year of insurance customer service experience required
1+ year of Payroll Partner customer service experience preferred
Proficiency in G-Suite Tools, Salesforce, and payment processing systems preferred
