ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As a Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member with Carrie Skinner - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior State Farm / insurance experience is preferred.
• Currently licensed candidates preferred (Property / Casualty or Life / Health)
• Residents of Maryland, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania or Delaware preferred.
