Sr. Director, Head Of Marketing & Digital Sales Technology
We are seeking a visionary technology leader to serve as Head of Marketing & Digital Sales Technology. This role will lead the global technology strategy, architecture, AI transformation and operations that power ADP's marketing and digital sales ecosystems. The ideal leader combines deep technical fluency with marketing domain expertise and a bold vision for how AI and agentic solutions can transform the future of marketing.
This leader will unify ADP's marketing and digital stack across ten business units to ensure every lead is efficiently captured, nurtured, and converted through scalable, high-performance systems that drive measurable sales and business growth
In this role, you will :
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and operations for Digital / Marketing Technology platforms, including Marketing Automation, Ad Tech, Personalization, ABM, Analytics, Lead Management, Pre Sales Demos, and In-Product Marketing systems.
- Lead a global team of Marketing Technology, Data Engineering, AI and Automation resources.
- Ensure all marketing platforms and integrations are stable, compliant, secure, and optimized for performance; proactively managing uptime and reliability across systems.
- Partner closely with Global Marketing including Campaign Ops, Media, ADP.com and Marketing Analytics teams to ensure the marketing technology stack drives measurable growth, optimized buyer journeys, and data-driven decision-making across all channels.
- Drive the enhancement and development of new capabilities across marketing platforms, ensuring scalability and seamless integration across tools.
- Champion the rollout and adoption of AI-driven features to enhance marketer productivity, next gen AI-driven campaigns and personalization at scale.
- Provide visionary leadership in leveraging Agentic AI, generative, and predictive models in the Marketing landscape.
- Navigate and build alignment across complex matrix environments through clear communication, cross functional influence, and partnerships with senior leadership.
- Build and scale the Marketing Data Platform leveraging Databricks and Salesforce DataCloud and modern data stack tools; enabling real-time insights, advanced analytics, and AI-driven activation.
- Collaborate with Content Management, Digital Marketing, and Campaign Execution teams to ensure seamless platform integration, data flow, and executional excellence across all channels.
- Lead innovation at the intersection of Martech and Ad Tech disruption, harnessing ChatGPT-like conversational experiences, recommendation models, and AI copilots to redefine how marketing connects with prospects and customers.
- Enable marketing performance measurement by ensuring data accuracy, integration, and availability across analytics systems supporting campaign optimization, attribution, and ROI analysis
- Drive talent development, high-performance culture, and diversity across the global team.
- We are open to someone working out of our Roseland, NJ or Alpharetta, GA locations. We are working in a hybrid work environment, working in the office 3 days a week with the flexibility of working from home the other 2 days.
Skills, that you will bring to this role :
10+ years of experience in Marketing Technology leadership, with hands-on expertise in AdTech (Google, Meta, LinkedIn etc.), Eloqua, Salesforce, and Marketing Data Platforms(preferably Databricks).Proven success leading Martech strategy and transformation in large-scale or enterprise environments.Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics architecture, and AI / ML applications in marketing.Demonstrated experience in integrating Ad Tech, MAP, CRM, and analytics systems for end-to-end campaign visibility and performance optimization.Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing executive teams and cross-functional groups.Deep understanding of enterprise technology architecture, system integration, and large-scale data platforms supporting marketing and digital sales operations.Familiarity with marketing and go-to-market sales frameworks such as inbound lead management, outbound sales processes, Account Based Marketing, personalized messaging, and nurture marketingStrong experience driving enterprise transformation programs that deliver improved reliability, scalability, and data transparency.
