Business Systems Analyst I, HRIS
What you will do :
- Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
- Work collaboratively with other Business System SMEs and business partners to gather business requirements to identify, verify and document functional and technical requirements using requirements for supported business lines.
- Identify and resolve gaps between new and existing business processes and applications and facilitate implementation of new business processes and modifications.
- Provide support for production issues in adherence with internal SLAs.
- Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement processes.
- Produce system documentation for end users.
- Proactively review procedures, and / or workflow needs and identify ways to capture, validate and integrate information to improve overall business process performance.
- Design, build and fulfill ad-hoc reporting requests from supported business lines
- Performs application configuration, administration and functional support as needed
- Perform Functional and System Integration Testing
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What you will need :
- Bachelor’s degree or working equivalent in business management, finance, accounting, information systems or another related field
- 1+ year(s) providing support around HR, finance, accounting, or payments processing
- 1+ year(s) experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dayforce, Oracle) required, NetSuite experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Ability to work in excel proficiently
- Ability to document requirements and business processes
