Purpose of Position

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Build Team & Culture: Build a customer obsessed team which is technically fearless and applies their knowledge of the business, technology, and the marketplace to advance organizations goals.
• Coach and mentor team members and future leaders to develop the necessary skills and mindsets to maximize each team members ability to deliver for our business while supporting their individual career goals.
• Pioneer innovative ideas for the organization to be successful
• Influence Business Strategy: Deepen business fluency by listening to customers and stakeholders, understanding critical business metrics, and influence overall direction and strategy.
• Establish and communicate a compelling vision for multiple teams under your leadership to modernize the technology landscape in a complex ecosystem of home grown, vendor hosted and custom-built software solutions.
• Deliver Customer Impact: Own, grow and mature applications to consistently address business pain points and achieve results even when circumstances are tough.
• Direct teams in building modern, secure and resilient self-healing solutions that scale and excel at performance.
• Drive Technology Leverage: Champion modular technology services architecture and simplify the technology footprint across a diverse set of applications to create, leverage and accelerate time to market.
• Collaborate across the organization for “one-team” initiatives that require multiple groups to deliver
• Exercise fluent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, consumed by technical and non-technical audiences.
• Manage vendor relationships to adherence of internal standards and delivery commitments.
