Job description

Overview

Responsibilities include evaluating generated text across various dimensions, including factuality, relevance, and tone; evaluating other components of AI-powered experiences as needed (e.g. user intent classifications); and providing annotations — including rewrites of generated text — to help with model training.

Qualifications

  • Strong conversational writing and editing skills
  • An eye for detail and excellent grasp of English grammar
  • Ability to articulate rationale and apply guidelines consistently
  • Some familiarity with Generative AI products like ChatGPT
  • Curiosity and an open mind

    • Ideal

  • A background in content design, journalism or entertainment writing
  • Hands-on experience training or evaluating conversational AI experiences
  • Experience writing about sensitive topics (e.g. religion, politics)

    • Compensation

    $55 - $75 per hour
