About the job Engagement Manager - Risk Infrastructure Role and Responsibilities :
As the Risk Infrastructure Engagement Manager, you will lead a critical project from onshore for strategy implementation in GDS Link . This role requires a deep understanding of the digital lending or banking space, a solid grasp of various business functions (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance), and a strong ability to implement initiatives from end to end. Your problem-solving skills, product sense, and ability to work effectively cross-functionally will be key to your success.
Primary day-to-day client contacts and often interact with C-level executives.
Project planning and management
Review business requirements with relevant client stakeholders
Optimize code and design documents
Code and test decisioning policy rules using best practices
Technical SME coordination with risk, IT infrastructure, and client teams
Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with and drive alignment among various stakeholders across the organization
Manage Offshore Team : Lead and coordinate with offshore contractors for analytical support and to ensure seamless execution
Candidate Profile
10+ years of experience majorly in BRMS projects, along with in consulting, solution design and client management. Significant experience with managing decision systems is a must.
SQL / Python
Cloud technologies experience
Credit cards / lending expertise (Acquisitions / Underwriting)
Excellent communication, presentation and story building skills in a consulting setup
Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem solving and people management skills
