Hospice Marketer

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and grow referral relationships with physicians, clinics, eldercare facilities, and community partners
• Make outbound calls and in-person visits to local businesses and healthcare providers
• Use market data to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide engaging presentations and in-services to educate referral sources about our programs and outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth referral-to-admission processes
• Represent our client at community events and activities
• Deliver daily reports and updates to the administrator
• Help remove barriers to care and follow up to ensure successful admissions
