Industrial Maintenance Technician
Are you a skilled technician with experience in maintaining industrial equipment? We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at our facility in Hazelwood, MO.
If you have expertise in Blow Molders, Fillers, Case Packers, Variable Frequency Drives, Conveyor Systems, Palletizers, Vision Systems, and PLC troubleshooting, we want to hear from you!
Overview :
This position is responsible for and works with production personnel to meet set objectives for their assigned production lines in the areas of safety, quality, reliability, and scrap.
Additionally, this position is responsible for performing, monitoring and evaluating preventative maintenance plans for assigned lines and continually working towards improving equipment and processes.
Maintain and repair industrial equipment such as Blow Molders, Fillers, Case Packers, Variable Frequency Drives, Conveyor Systems, Palletizers, Vision Systems
Troubleshoot PLCs and other industrial automation equipment
Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic skills to keep equipment running smoothly
Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment to ensure minimal downtime
Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot and Repair High Speed Filling and Packaging Equipment.
Support all Production needs as necessary
Repair and maintain mechanical eqipment such as fillers, case packers, conveyor systems, palletizers, water purification / filtration systems and other production equipment.
Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs and other industrial automation equipment
Utilize mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic skills to keep equipment operational
Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications :
- Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting experience
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
