Quality Control :
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement quality control procedures and conduct regular inspections of production processes.
Address and resolve quality issues in collaboration with the quality assurance team.
Continuous Improvement :
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings. Lead initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the production team.
