Job descriptionMust Posses Active Secret Clearance; SCI Eligible. Location : Mclean, VA Responsibilities : Execute full-cycle recruitment to support customer workforce needs Manage onboarding processes for new employees in compliance with policies Support position classification and alignment with federal and customer requirements Administer benefits programs and provide guidance to employees on available options Maintain accurate personnel records and update HR data systems Ensure compliance with IC-specific human capital and federal HR requirements Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback tracking Support employee relations initiatives to foster a positive work environment Facilitate professional development programs and workforce training activities Collaborate with HR operations team members to deliver timely and mission-focused HR services Qualifications : Advanced degree desired Minimum of 3 or more years of relevant experience HR operations experience in IC / federal environment Familiarity with Intelligence Community HR policies, workforce requirements, and HR systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives Candidates must maintain a Professional Demeanor and are expected to dress professionally in support of the client Benefits : 10 PTO days, plus 5 additional days on your 10th hire anniversary 3 Sick / Base Closure (SBC) days 11 paid holidays plus 1 floating holiday 8 hours per calendar year for Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to support a 501(c)(3) non profit organization of your choice Health insurance 50% premium paid by employer (note : employer contribution does not apply to dependents) Health Savings Account Vision and dental insurance Long-term and short-term disability insurance (paid fully by the company) 25k employer paid AD&D & life insurance (with buy-up options for additional coverage) 401(k) retirement plan with 100% company match up to 4% of employee’s gross salary Annual incentive pay opportunity Tuition reimbursement up to annually (after 6 months of employment) Employee referral bonus per our company handbook Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Professional organization membership (after 6 months of employment) Paid professional certification (after 6 months of employment) Workers’ compensation (paid fully by the company) 100% employer paid IDShield® membership Milestone awards at 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, etc. Benefits may vary based on role and level. Job Summary :

- This role is critical to ensuring that HR functions—including recruitment, onboarding, position classification, benefits administration, and workforce planning—are executed accurately and efficiently in alignment with customer and federal policies.
