Clinical Clerks Needed – North, Northwest Houston & Tomball Area

Openwork, in partnership with Harris County, is hiring Clinical Clerks to join the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program team. This is your chance to step into a rewarding role where your organizational skills and people-first mindset will directly support families in our community.

As a Clinical Clerk, you’ll be the first point of connection for clients, ensuring they receive the resources, guidance, and care they need. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are looking for a role where your work truly makes a difference, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet clients and verify appointments at the front desk.
• Schedule appointments using internal software.
• Collect and verify eligibility documents (ID, income, address).
• Input client data accurately into the WIC system.
• Weigh and measure clients (height, weight, hemoglobin) under supervision.
• Provide general WIC program information and issue benefits.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning.
• Support lab procedures and maintain records.

Pay : $24.00 – $26.00 / hour (based on experience) | Weekly Pay.
