Director of Development

A company is looking for a Director of Development to manage and grow donor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of significant existing donors, including top foundations and corporations

Develop and execute customized renewal and upsell strategies for donor accounts

Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful donor engagement materials and reports

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales

Proven success with high-value donor relationships ($500K+ annual value)

Strong understanding of donor stewardship best practices

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree a plus

U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, willing to travel for team events
