Senior Professional Services Engineer

From rolling out next-gen networks and infrastructure, to driving Microsoft 365 and Azure migrations, upgrading servers, enabling cloud adoption, and welcoming new clients into our ecosystem, you’ll be the go-to expert making it all happen.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Onboarding
Lead and execute professional services projects, including :o Server replacements and infrastructure upgrades
o Microsoft 365 migrations and cloud transitions
o Network deployments (firewalls, switches, wireless)
o Backup and disaster recovery implementations
o Cybersecurity tool rollouts (EDR, MFA, compliance tools)
o End-to-end onboarding of new and existing Executech clients, including environment discovery, documentation, and tool deployment
Collaborate with team to scope, design, and schedule projects and onboarding timelinesOwn the technical implementation or proactive work, including but not limited to projects : planning, deployment, testing, documentation, handoff, and post-project supportClient Interaction
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned projects and onboarding engagementsProvide end-user training or documentation as needed to support solution adoptionTeam Collaboration
Collaborate with Director of Professional Services, CSMs, vCIOs, and Technical Alignment Managers to ensure alignment across service delivery teamsAssess client networks and suggest enhancements to Partner Success Managers (PSMs) or Executech Sales staff that are in our client’s best interest and are in accordance with Executech standard products for Managed Services clients.Escalate project-related risks, blockers, or changes in scope in a timely mannerContribute to internal documentation, onboarding processes, and project standards developmentTechnical Standards & Tools
Maintain working knowledge of Executech’s preferred tool stack, including :o Microsoft 365, Azure AD, SharePoint
o Sophos and SonicWall firewalls
o Hyper-V, VMware, Windows Server
o Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR)
o Sophos, Huntress, and other comparable security solutions
Ensure all project and onboarding work adheres to Executech’s technical, security, and documentation standardsQualifications
3+ years of experience in project-based IT roles, preferably within an MSP or consulting environmentStrong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, and virtualizationExperience in SharePoint administration and designExperience with firewall configuration, email migrations, and endpoint security deploymentsConnectWise : Manage / PSA, Ninja RMM and Auvik experience a plusExtremely proficient with network troubleshooting and topologiesExtensive experience with various hardware for networks (Wi-Fi, Servers, and Networking)Experience onboarding clients into MSP environments is highly preferredExcellent organizational, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple active projects while maintaining quality and responsivenessProfessional demeanor and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional onsite workPreferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus)
Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator / M365 Enterprise AdminCompTIA Network+ / Security+Sophos ISO, Fortinet NSE, Cisco CCNA,Project+ or other project management certificationsWhat We Offer
