Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-Level Electronic Intelligence (ELINT) Analyst supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS / OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). Clearance Requirement : Active TS / SCI with Poly Security Clearance

Responsibilities :

• Conduct, analyze, and database Order of Battle / Force Disposition for military forces and insurgent / terrorism (i.e. facilities, equipment) for which USCENTCOM is RESPROD.
• Perform basic target development of all military, insurgent / terrorist functional production areas (i.e. facilities), in support of lethal / non-lethal engagements, planning, steady state, crisis, and contingency operations.
• Review, evaluate, and edit database records (currently MIDB) associated with target support requests to ensure the entity is free of errors.
• Extract Order of Battle information from assigned database and prepare tailored reports. Review, coordinate and complete SDIAPP requests.
• Develop training materials and conduct OJT for personnel as required.
• Provide recommended input to CJCS Manuals / Instructions and USCENTCOM policies / SOPs as required.
• Submit collection requests and source directed requirements as well as source evaluations to support Order of Battle.
• Identify and nominate no-strike entities to assigned database.
• Update database records IAW DoD and USCENTCOM policies / procedures.
• Respond to RFIs.
• Prepare and present briefings as required.

Required Experience :

Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.

Desired Education : Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
