Job description8 yrs systems planning / design / testing OR 4 yrs systems experience with proven competency OR 4 yrs relevant experience + Bachelor’s in Computer Science. Experience with systems development lifecycle and integrated implementations. Strong knowledge of technical areas or business processes. Cerner Revenue Cycle registration and scheduling experience. BayCare is hiring a Systems Analyst – IS Patient Access Systems!

Responsibilities
- Define system scope and objectives based on customer needs.
- Design and modify procedures to solve complex problems.
- Prepare technical specifications and programming guidelines.
- Analyze, test, debug, and document system modifications and upgrades.
- Act as project leader and mentor for team members.
