Join us as Sales Development Representative and make a real impact for both Non-Profits and our Tech Partners!

As Sales Development Representatives (SDR) , you’ll be delivering exceptional customer service and managing a full sales cycle, selling through multiple channels, and building relationships with decision-makers. You’ll report to our Inside Sales Account Executive and collaborate with the sales team for Non-Profits, and contribute to the world-changing mission at the core of our business.

This is a unique opportunity to have high impact , shape the future of sales for non-profits, and help scale Goodstack .

As SDR, your mission will be to :

Engage and qualify inbound leads through active listening to understand mutual fit.

Successfully perform deep discovery to all new leads with a compassionate approach.

Maintain active engagement with prospects through multiple channels simultaneously, including phone, email, and video calls.

Become a product expert and build the technical know-how required to onboard new customers and resolve any onboarding issues that may arise.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and its value to customers.

Work with cross-functional teams to improve both product, reporting, and processes.

Use HubSpot and our sales tool stack to manage all lead data to uphold its integrity.

Deliver the nonprofit a 5 star experience that you would personally want to have.

Track metrics and share insights that help refine future processes.

Deliver the experience you’d want to have – helpful, kind, informed, and outcomes-focused.

Success will be measured based on :

The amount of leads you convert to signed-up Goodstack users.

The amount of signed up Goodstack users you convert to customer-validated leads.

This role is a perfect match for you if you have :

  • 1 year of professional experience in sales, support, or a customer-facing role.

Previous experience managing a high-volume pipeline and selling through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.

A love for working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and always-improving environment.

A self-starter and quick-thinking approach to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing situations.

Strong storytelling, listening, and customer relationship skills, including empathy, communication, integrity, and high-quality question-asking.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize between competing priorities.

A passion for learning and eagerness to dive into technology and social impact.

Exceptional writing skills with attention to grammar and tone.

Bonus if you have knowledge or love of :

You have experience in technology and nonprofit / social impact.

Preferred technology experience as an SDR and managed high-volume inbound lead funnel.
