You will be the Procurement Engineer Staff for the Upper Tier Integrated Air Missile Defense (UTIAMD) Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. Our team is responsible for reducing risk within the supply base and driving program success through strategic sourcing, requirements management, and supplier capacity modeling. As the Procurement Engineer Staff, you will be responsible for providing technical support to the GSC team, primarily supporting the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program. You will focus on driving requirements management efforts, risk and opportunity management, and identifying affordability opportunities to support program needs. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading process improvement and corrective action activities, such as controlled builds and Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) analyses
• Facilitating Potential Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and Purchase Order (PO) Kickoff
• Creating and validating supplier capacity models to inform procurement decisions
• Supporting GSC operations team and various initiatives to contribute to team success

This position is in Arlington, TX. Discover more about our Dallas, Texas location. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.

Ability to Work Remotely : Part-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
