Duties : Responsible for providing leadership to the Business Process Admin team and directing department personnel to analyze and investigate customer and device data with internal, field personnel and end customers to enable the Device Tracking and Medical Records function to meet its quality system requirements, drive competitive advantages and contribute to business results by improving the function's accuracy of product, patient and customer data. Will supervise 9 employees. May require travel / Telecommute.
