We are seeking a
Manager of Talent Development
to lead critical programs that drive employee growth, engagement, and success across the organization. This role will design, manage, and execute key initiatives in talent management and partner closely with senior leaders to ensure an exceptional onboarding and development experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead the design and execution of
senior leader onboarding programs , partnering directly with executives to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
Manage
talent and performance management processes , including goal-setting, feedback, and reviews.
Develop and implement
talent programs and initiatives
to support leadership development and organizational effectiveness.
Serve as project manager for
enterprise-wide talent initiatives , ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams to align talent programs with business priorities.
Analyze and report on talent program effectiveness, using insights to refine and enhance future initiatives.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
5+ years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related HR discipline.
Strong project management skills with proven success delivering complex programs.
Experience designing and facilitating leadership onboarding and talent programs.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; ability to influence at the executive level.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Work Arrangement :
Hybrid : 3 days onsite in our
River North office .
Full-time hours.
