Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Senior-level Labor & Employment Attorney or Partner needed in our Orlando office with a minimum of 8 years of experience in employment matters including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA, and state counterpart litigation.
Ideal candidates must be excellent writers with experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC, and other federal and state agencies, knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, detail-oriented, able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision, flexible and able to pivot, and motivated to learn.
Florida Bar Required.
