If youre intrigued by the opportunity to pioneer innovative data center solutions and have a passion for ensuring reliable and efficient power distribution in critical environments - SILTT eagerly awaits your application today!

This critical position will collaborate on solutions from analysis, concept, prototype, productization, integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment. No two days will be the same! One day may be dedicated to developing and leading a comprehensive O&M plan, the next conducting a First-of-a-Kind (FOAK) system inspection, another spent designing new electrical assemblies and creating a Technical Data Package (TDP), and others working with vendors to track and refine requirements of electrical assemblies we seek to purchase or develop. This Electrical Engineer will have the opportunity to be on the ground floor and help define the trajectory of SILTTs future and identity in the Solutionspace.

    • Research publicly available data regarding the stability and characteristics of utility power distribution in locations as specified by individual projects.
    • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative best practices in the rapidly evolving field of data center electrical engineering, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new advancements to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of data center infrastructure.
    • Serve as a mentor and provide guidance and support to junior engineers within the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and knowledge sharing.
