Engineering Manager - CRM

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager (CRM) - Application Development.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with product leadership to define and execute the strategic roadmap

Plan and build a high-performing team to implement and support initiatives

Lead the implementation by participating in technical design, architecture, and sprint planning

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience

7+ years of software engineering experience focused on application development

3+ years of experience in software engineering management or technical leadership

3+ years of experience with the Service Now Platform

Domain expertise in Service Now CRM, such as Sales and Order Management (SOM)
