What You’ll Do :

As a Service Technician Trainee, you’ll play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting our growth. Your responsibilities will include :

• Diagnosing and repairing commercial dish machines and related equipment.
• Training customers on the proper use of cleaning and sanitizing products.
• Delivering and picking up chemical products as scheduled.
• Building strong relationships with customers and decision makers.
• Handling emergency service calls (on-call rotation).
• Promoting companion products and services to help our customers succeed.
• Collecting payments and following up on account balances.
• Supporting contract renewals and price adjustments.
