We're expanding fast and looking for emerging leaders who want to grow a business, lead teams, and drive resultseven if they've never stepped foot in a repair shop. As a Service Manager Trainee, you'll run operations, manage people, and drive performance using data and systemsnot tools. Think of it like running your own business : you'll lead a team, own the results, and continually improve how work gets done. This role is perfect for candidates who assimilate with high volume, fast paced environments that can walk into a new challenge, ask the right questions, and lead by example.

• Predictable daytime schedule 7 : 30 AM 6 PM
• $70-80 K base + uncapped monthly commission
• Climate-controlled, tech-forward shops tablets replace ticket printers
• 4-week paid automotive bootcamp we teach the cars, you bring the people skills
