What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, as well as responding appropriately to emergency situations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, assisting with conflict resolution as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access, adapting to different working environments within a technology-focused location. Observe for any irregularities, report incidents or suspicious activities, and maintain detailed records as required by Allied Universal and client protocols. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, verifying identification, and managing visitor and employee entry as needed. Support emergency response efforts in line with Allied Universal training and client site procedures, including assisting with evacuations or other urgent situations. Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and staff to provide assistance and answer inquiries related to security-related matters. Minimum Requirements : Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
