Production Manager

As the Production Manager, you will manage all operations for Teslin production within the Barberton facility including operations manager, quality supervisor, process engineers, and production supervisors. You will oversee multiple operational activities including planning, directing, and monitoring production to meet established specifications, schedules, volume / cost / throughput targets, targets for product loss, and all quality standards.

You will report directly to the Plant Manager, and will be located onsite in Barberton, Ohio.

Responsibilities :

• Meet all business metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost along with employee engagement and culture.
• Collaborate with all departments including project engineering, maintenance, supply chain, EHS, technical department, and any other function required to meet goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve OEE to meet production demands of the growing Teslin business and contribute to overall goals of the facility.
• Monitor and develop actions for continued improvement in environmental performance to meet regulations.
