Join Our Team as a Dental Hygienist at Pine Ridge Dental Group – Longmont, CO
Are you a compassionate Dental Hygienist looking to grow with a team that values quality care and genuine connection? At Pine Ridge Dental Group, we combine advanced dental solutions with a personal, community-centered approach. We’re proud to serve Longmont with a focus on building lasting relationships, both with our patients and each other.
What We Offer:
Compensation: $55–$65/hour target earnings (base pay + production bonus)
Sign On Bonus: $5,000
Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Incentives: Monthly bonus program, Paid study clubs + CE allowance, Mentorship & growth opportunities

What You’ll Need:
Current CO hygiene license and CPR/BLS certification
Experience with Open Dental or Dentrix preferred
