Are you a marketing maestro with a passion for turning industrial prowess into compelling narratives? We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Coordinator to join our manufacturing team and lead the charge in showcasing the innovation and excellence woven into our products!
The Role
- Work in conjunction with the Business Development Manager in supporting the Business Development initiatives.
- Ensure all Marketing content is planned while promoting our brand as a top priority. Assist in creating innovative ways to grow brand and product awareness with existing and new customer base.
- Lead execution of Social Media content across promotional platforms such as website, blogs and LinkedIn, etc. Ensure promotional and content strategies are implemented.
Remain active with constant updates. Manage and evaluate content along with analysis using Google analytics and other web analysis tools.
- Create content and coordinate production of Case Studies, Application Briefs, Brochures , High value quotes, and PowerPoint presentations to align to brand identity and proper company image using graphic design skills in creating company brochures and advertising.
- Partner with Digital Design vendors to develop and launch new product images, product introduction and training videos.
- Help target new customers with networking events , conference calls, meetings, etc .
- Assist with product demonstrations at trade shows, webinars, and training events.
- Occasional travel as necessary to complete job responsibilities. Travel expected to be less than 10%.
- Conduct e-blast marketing campaigns from data bases and provide qualified leads to the sales team.
- Assist in collecting and evaluating key competitor marketing materials throughout the year. Conduct research and evaluate new emerging industry trends.
- Assist the marketing team to complete all necessary documentation to facilitate creative kick-offs or launch for each promotional campaign.
- Develop and manage the marketing materials inventory. Active involvement in continuous improvement and cost saving activities within Department.
Strong attention to detail, time management, budget, and decision-making skills.
- Serve as liaison with vendors. Use resources wisely and assist in evaluating potential new vendors.
- Work very closely with Sales to analyze feedback and to ensure company goals are aligned and implemented.
- Manage the relationship with other departments, employees, and sales reps. Communicate with all stakeholders .
