Solar Installer

Overview

Simply Solar LLC performs residential and commercial solar installations and services throughout California. Simply Solar is looking for dependable and motivated individuals to join their installation team. Positions are available for ALL skill levels, from no experience required to 10+ years of experience. There is plenty of room to advance within and learn a great trade from experienced solar technicians and electricians. Positions are full time, hourly, non-exempt with great benefits (PPO medical, dental and vision with monthly employer contributions, employer matched retirement, PTO, paid holidays, educational assistance.)

Positions

Entry Level Installer $22 / hr

While it is not required that you have solar experience, it is essential that you have good coordination, general knowledge of tools, are not afraid of heights and are able to work outdoors and in the sun and other elements of southern California weather for length of shifts.

Junior Installer $25 / hr

While this position requires you to have some solar experience, you will receive supervision / direction to deliver an end product. It is essential that you have good coordination, general knowledge of tools, are not afraid of heights and are able to work outdoors and in the sun and other elements of southern California weather for length of shifts. It is also required that you have the full knowledge to safely / properly install the following with minimal supervision :

• Stanchions
• Flashings
• Racking
• Mount microinverters / optimizers
• Lay modules
• Bend conduit
• Pull wires

Senior Installer $28+ / hr

In addition to the above, the senior Installer can perform these tasks independently without direction :

All positions are expected to have good written and verbal communication skills, log details of installation progress in company systems and provide excellent customer service / interact with clients as needed on site.
