Position. Installer
We have several Installer openings available for our Small Commercial Program. Installers will provide lighting retrofits in small businesses with the installation of LED Troffers, T-8 lights, Smart thermostats, Occupancy Sensors and air purifiers. Successful candidates are individuals with light construction, HVAC, electrical or handyman experience.

Winegard Energy is an Energy Service Provider that specializes in Energy Conservation Programs. We have been in business for 30 years and have contracts with PG&E, and SoCal Gas.
Job Summary
Installers will operate a company vehicle and drive to small businesses and install energy efficiency measures.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicle and drive to jobsites
- Meet with with business owners and explain the installation process
- Identify measures to be installed and what material are needed
- Document measures installed
Qualifications
Compensation : $20 hourly base rate plus bonuses
Schedule
Monday to Friday
40 hours
