Principal Financial Analyst

Overview :

The Corporate FP&A team at Revvity is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to join their dynamic and global team. This role will be the finance partner to the Strategy and Digital function, working directly with the Chief Digital and Strategy Officer, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting financial results. This is a highly visible role that will be engaged on Revvity’s strategic priorities and have a seat at the table for the ongoing company transformation. This is a hybrid opportunity with a Tuesday - Thursday on-site work schedule based at our headquarters in Waltham, MA.

Key Responsibilities :

• Finance Partner to Chief Digital and Strategy Officer, responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting financial results. Closely collaborates with Digital and Strategy leadership to ensure function remains on budget while executing its strategic priorities.
• Supports Corporate FP&A team on financial rhythms including monthly business reviews, month-end financial closes, and quarterly external reporting. Partners with Finance Transformation Analyst and Digital Finance team on transformation initiatives including integration of acquisitions, company reorganization, and implementation of S / 4HANA and SAP Central Finance.
• Thought leadership on improving process efficiency through automation, standardization, and advanced analytics.

The base salary range for this full‑time position is $103,500.00 - $129,500.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this position. The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows for the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take into account bonuses, equity, or other benefits which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered.
