Financial Analyst, FP&A

The FP&A Financial Analyst is part of a team responsible for designing and implementing processes that promote the long-term planning and analysis of Audax Private Equity, its affiliates, and its principals. The candidate will assist the company's principals in making management decisions by working with various departments and external managers to develop integrated plans and budgets, as well as developing the systems driving the decision making. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with strong technical skills able to materialize concepts into effective, concise, and timely analysis.
In addition to demonstrating a broad understanding of finance, investments, and accounting, candidates will be assessed based on their capabilities in three key areas :

Location : Boston, MA. 2 days / week in office. These in-office requirements may change based on the needs of the business.
For Massachusetts only : The base salary range for this position is $70,000- $105,000. The base salary range represents the estimated low and high end for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation may vary and will be determined based on but not limited to, the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and Audax reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. An employee may also be eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation based on performance.
