Your Role :

• Lead and supervise our HVAC service team
• Schedule and manage daily service calls
• Ensure top-notch customer service and technical performance
• Mentor and support technicians
• Maintain safety and compliance standards
• Report performance metrics and assist in department growth

What Were Looking For :

• Proven HVAC experience (5+ years preferred)
• Leadership or supervisory experience in the field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• EPA certification
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
