Regional Operations Partner (DVM) – Tampa / Sarasota, FL

A well-established veterinary network is seeking a Regional Operations Partner to provide clinical excellence and leadership support across multiple hospitals in the Tampa / Sarasota, Florida region. This position is designed for an experienced Veterinarian who thrives on mentorship, collaboration, and driving medical and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality veterinary care while maintaining a partial clinical caseload
• Mentor and guide veterinarians, fostering professional growth and confidence in medical and surgical skills
• Partner with hospital teams to promote efficiency, strong communication, and a positive work environment
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of new doctors
• Support quality assurance, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across assigned hospitals
• Collaborate on operational planning, resource allocation, and performance analysis to ensure overall practice success
