LHH is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a wonderful growing team in a Manufacturing company in Alpharetta, GA. This role will support full-cycle recruiting efforts for a rapidly expanding organization in the chemical manufacturing sector. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring top talent for critical positions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and compliance with all applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for roles in supply chain, logistics, engineering, senior financial analysis, and customer experience management; may also support manufacturing recruitment.
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build strong talent pipelines.
Utilize creative sourcing techniques to fill hard-to-find roles, such as engineering positions.
Stay informed on industry trends and evolving skill requirements within chemical manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in talent acquisition and full-cycle recruiting.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to develop and implement creative sourcing strategies.
Skilled in building relationships with hiring managers and influencing decisions.
Experience with strategic recruitment and LinkedIn Learning.
Background in recruiting for technical or specialized roles.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group), LinkedIn Recruiter, and CareerBuilder.
Work Arrangement & Schedule
Hybrid : 2 days onsite per week
Flexible start time (8 : 30–9 : 00 AM)
Contract-to-Hire

PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year
