The company is seeking a Production Manager to lead this pivotal growth phase and manage the new facility in Los Angeles. This is an integral role for the company and offers significant career progression and growth opportunities.

Position Summary

As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for building out and managing a new, heavily automated manufacturing facility in California alongside an already established site. This role involves setting up production, establishing vendor relationships, and overseeing CAPEX projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Development : Lead the construction, equipment setup, and commissioning of the new automated manufacturing site. Oversee purchasing for capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, ensuring strategic investments.
• Production Management : Ensure all production meets safety, quality, and industry-specific regulatory standards. Initiate continuous improvement strategies to drive productivity and quality enhancement.
• Leadership and Team Development : Promote a culture of accountability and high performance across teams. Provide leadership in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment similar to a startup.
• Cross-Functional and Global Collaboration : Maintain availability to coordinate with international operations in Europe and China. Contribute to OTC and pharmaceutical product development initiatives.
• Strategic Expansion : Support future facility builds, including a fourth site planned for next year. Assist in launching and managing projects related to the company's new in-house brand and explore celebrity partnerships.
