A company is looking for a Solutions Consultant II to provide pre-sales technical and strategic support to clients and Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Support prospective clients and Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by translating features into value drivers
Provide functional and technical expertise in the pre-sales phase, including knowledge of the platform and APIs
Respond to RFPs / RFIs and custom Security Reviews while advocating for customers internally
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Engineer, or equivalent role, focused on SaaS
A technical background with experience working with APIs
Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical business documentation
BS / BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
Fluency in English; proficiency in Japanese, Korean, and / or Mandarin preferred
