📍 Job Location: Coos Bay
✨ We’re seeking a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner (Locums) for a 3-month assignment with the possibility of extension. This role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and clinic care in a supportive, well-resourced medical environment serving a coastal community.
Community-based medical center and regional referral hub
Comprehensive cardiovascular services
Collaborative cardiology program with strong physician and nursing support
Schedule: Full-time (4 x 10-hour shifts)
Clinic Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Hospital Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Rotation Model:
50% inpatient / 50% outpatient
Weekly rotation between hospital and clinic

Clinic volume: 15–18 patients/day
Inpatient census: 8–15 patients/day
General, invasive, and electrophysiology cardiology exposure
Work alongside 4 cardiology physicians
Dedicated MA support
Triage RN team
Device clinic with specialized staff
EMR: Epic
Board Certified Nurse Practitioner
Active Oregon license (or willingness to obtain)
Minimum 1+ year experience as a Cardiology NP
Clean background and malpractice history preferred
Comfortable working in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Meets medical staff or allied health professional criteria
