Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional resident care :

Perform ongoing nursing assessments and create individualized care plans

Provide clinical supervision and leadership to care teams

Ensure accurate documentation of care and treatments

Delegate and monitor care tasks as appropriate

Evaluate and communicate treatment effectiveness

Support resident and family education

Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain compliance with all facility and regulatory standards

Requirements

Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) License required (new grads welcome!)

CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)

Experience in Geriatric or Long-Term Care preferred

Basic computer literacy and EMR documentation skills

Availability for rotating weekends and holidays

Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic healthcare environment

Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
