Senior Product Manager - Regulatory

A company is looking for a Senior Product Manager - Margin - Regulatory.

Key Responsibilities

Act as an individual contributor while managing the development of regionally compliant margin products

Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure product compliance and drive margin trading expansion

Engage with regulatory frameworks to facilitate global expansion while maintaining compliance

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Product Management within crypto trading or financial platforms

Deep understanding of US financial regulations, particularly CFTC frameworks and state licensing

Experience with EEA regulations like MiCA / MiFID is a strong plus

Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with legal and compliance teams

Strong skills in defining product requirements and driving cross-functional initiatives
