At Frontline Wildfire Defense , our mission is to protect homes, families, and communities from wildfire disasters. Our innovative wildfire defense system allows homeowners to track wildfires, receive critical alerts, and actively safeguard their properties using a remotely operated fire protection system. With multiple layers of redundancy, our system hydrates homes and surrounding areas to prevent ignition from flying embers—the #1 cause of structure loss during wildfires.

We are a fast-growing team that has already achieved significant milestones in protecting homes across Northern and Southern California. Our team includes experienced engineers, product designers, and industry experts, and we are looking for a Construction Project Manager to help lead our installation projects.

Location : Candidate must be located in the Los Angeles, CA area.

About This Opportunity

As a Construction Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end installation of Frontline Wildfire Defense Systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring high-quality execution, staying within budget and timelines, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a high-impact position with leadership potential as we continue to scale.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & Execution

• Lead and oversee all system installations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop efficient processes for supply chain, inventory management, job costing, and system installation.
• Oversee material procurement and tracking, ensuring timely deliveries and proper inventory management.
• Work closely with inspectors, local building officials, and fire departments to ensure compliance with regulations.
