About the Role :
As our Client Development Manager, you’ll lead client acquisition, expand market opportunities and build strategic partnerships. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership to influence company direction and drive success.
What You'll Do :
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within target market sectors.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, decision-makers, and industry partners.
- Develop and execute tailored strategies to expand market share and diversify project opportunities.
- Represent Turelk at industry events, conferences, networking functions, and client engagements.
- Lead high-level client negotiations, proposals, and presentations.
- Partner with leadership to forecast business development performance and align on company growth strategies.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and a culture of excellence.
What We're Looking For :
Proven track record of business development success within the construction industry.Deep knowledge of the Southern California market, including key players and emerging opportunities.Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.Strategic thinker with actionable growth plans.Experience managing or coaching teams a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred.Why Join Turelk :
